Happy World Book Day!
At ATtherapy, we love celebrating the joy of reading and today, we’ve done something extra special for you to enjoy!
Together with our amazing Makaton Tutor, Sally, we’ve created a storytelling video of one of our all-time favourite books: The Very Hungry Caterpillar. This classic tale follows the journey of a tiny caterpillar as it munches its way through the days of the week, teaching counting, days, and the magic of transformation.
What makes this storytelling video truly special is that it incorporates Makaton signs, making it accessible and engaging for those who benefit from visual communication support. It’s a perfect way to enjoy reading together, encourage early language development, and share the love of books with everyone.
