Case Managers
ATtherapy welcome referrals from case managers. Our team have a wealth of experience working with individuals alongside case managers. We have an open referral policy and are always willing to meet and greet with case managers and potential clients prior to beginning assessment and support. Our communication skills are second to none and we make it a priority to maintain close liaison with case managers, the client and their family. Following a comprehensive assessment, we provide updates as required to case managers and ensure case managers and fund holders have all necessary information regarding the Speech and Language Therapy needs of their client.
Our growing team of Speech and Language Therapists have a vast experience relating to all elements of communication support and eating and drinking development. Our specialism is in Assistive Technology for communication, leisure and learning and in addition to the Speech and Language Therapy team, we also have an Assisitve Technology team whose job it is to identify and ensure the smooth running of assistive technology to meet the client’s needs (please see the AssistiveTechnology section of the website).
We understand how vital it is to evidence progress and gather information to ensure the right equipment and support are included in the final settlement. We also value the long term relationship we have with all our clients and families and ensure we have a long term view of communication support and development to continue to provide this support post settlement.
